How are Anna's Way services different form a licensed counselor?
The biggest differences (compared to a licensed counselor) are the qualifications required and the foundation upon which the service is based. Heather Schuster is NOT a licensed counselor, she is a Certified Practitioner. with a Master's in Children's and Family Ministry.
We focus on prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit to bring freedom from emotional, spiritual and physical pain. This "whole person" approach can often facilitate change on a deeper level than more traditional methods.
Ultimately, we believe God will intervene in supernatural and miraculous ways.

Do I have to be a Christian to receive services?
NOPE We are here to love all people regardless of religious affiliation but we will pray and do our work in the name of Jesus and form a Christian foundation as described in our belief section.

What does a session look like?
Appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes. Your initial appointment is considered an "intake" session where you will learn about the ministry and go over paperwork. This is a special time to get to know your hopes and dreams for healing. When we move into the formal session, the practitioner will open in prayer and then minister a complete Splankna session for the patient. The session will end in prayer.
At the completion of your session you are invited to give a financial gift and schedule a follow up appointment. All sessions offer unique opportunity for God to give specific counsel and prophetic utterance.

Do you have an office pet?
Yes, "Sugar" is a hypoallergenic Cavachon who loves everyone! She is the Anna's Way official greeter!

What if I have to cancel an appointment?
Simply contact Anna's Way 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule.

Why doesn't Anna's Way charge a standard fee for services?
Simply put, the Lord told us to offer these services without the burden of a standard fee. Having worked in holistic healthcare, we've seen many unable to receive care due to the price point of these types of services. We trust the Lord will impress and lead each patient to give accordingly. We encourage you to determine in you heart what you'd like to give before your session so that you don't feel you are giving out of compulsion, but with joy.

Is there a no show fee?
Yes, if you do not call at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be billed a $50 no show fee.
We want everyone to value their healing pursuit.
